Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use Australia post.  Flat rate of $14.95 Australia wide

We ship within two working days and have a tracking number available.

Wherever possible, all orders are shipped via ‘insert courier' or Australia Post. We may use Australia Post for regional areas.

Stride Equine maintains a comprehensive inventory of items in stock and strives to ship all orders within 2 business days after the order is received. We do not ship orders on weekends, public holidays and known closed periods.

If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is undeliverable or incorrect, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the order to the correct address.

All items have been included in good faith, on the basis that the products as described will be available at time of sale. All items are available until sold out, and should this occur we will contact you and advise of an alternate product. We do not refund for change of mind purchases but will gladly offer an exchange within the same promotional period for items in this catalogue. For any exchanges the return freight cost is your responsibility. Any claims must be lodged within 10 days of receipt of order.
